At aiadcook. we sell digital products including Shopify themes, templates, and downloadable assets.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be granted if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• The purchased file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.
• The product cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue on our side.
• You did not receive the purchased product after successful payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Lack of technical knowledge to use the product.
• Incompatibility with third-party software not mentioned in the product description.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.
• Downloaded products that have already been successfully accessed.
